THE ACCUWEIGH® CONVEYOR SCALE INCORPORATES LOW-DEFLECTION TYPE WEIGH BRIDGES OF VARYING LENGTHS TO PROVIDE EXTENDED SCALE-BORN TIME TO MINIMIZE THE EFFECTS OF DYNAMIC FORCES, BELT TENSION VARIATIONS, AS WELL AS MATERIAL PARTICLE SIZE EFFECTS.
The available weigh frame formats include:
Counter-Balanced, Single Weigh Idler
Counter-Balanced, Dual Weigh Idler
Counter Balanced, Three Weigh Idler
Counter-Balanced, Four Weigh Idler
Counter-Balanced, Six Weigh Idler
Its counter-balanced design removes the dead weight (conveyor belt, idlers and weigh bridge) from the measurement. The load cell capacity is selected to measure only the material on the belt, thereby providing greatly improved accuracy. The load cell is mechanically protected against overload and shock.
These counter-balanced scales are regarded as premium scales. They can maintain the highest of accuracies for extended periods of operation with little or no maintenance. The conveyor speed is measured by our all digital, high-resolution, PT-500 tachometer. A Drive Assembly (TDU) is available for the speed sensor as an option to simplify attachment of the speed sensor to the conveyor.
